Staff Writer — Politics & Rights

We are seeking a full-time staff writer to cover LGBTQ+ politics at the federal, state, and local level. The ideal candidate has at least two years of reporting experience, a deep understanding of LGBTQ+ policy issues, and the ability to break news while writing with depth and context.

Location: Remote (US-based) | Type: Full-time

Culture Editor

We are looking for a Culture Editor to lead our arts and entertainment coverage. You will commission and edit reviews, profiles, essays, and criticism that reflect the breadth of queer culture — from blockbuster films to underground music scenes.

Social Media Manager

Help us grow and engage our community across Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and emerging platforms. You understand what resonates with LGBTQ+ audiences online and can translate complex journalism into content that drives real conversation.
